Job Opportunity: HR Administrator with Sage 300 Experience

Our client in the FMCG Foods industry is seeking a HR Administrator with Sage 300 experience to join their team in Cullinan, Gauteng. The ideal candidate should have experience with Sage 300 and hold a degree in HR or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payrolls for 450 employees and weekly payrolls for 1100 employees within the Group.
  • Capture all relevant information of new wage/salary employees in the system.
  • Assist with legal reporting requirements, including EE Reporting, WSP, ATR, etc.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Support IR and disciplinary matters, including drafting warnings, initial hearings, and arbitrations.
  • Assist with adding and terminating staff on ERS.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role within an FMCG company employing over 500 employees.
  • Experience across all HR disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of Sage 300 payroll experience.

Previous experience in a unionized environment is advantageous.
