This home-based position requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Australian labor laws and healthcare regulations (e.g., NDIS, Aged Care).
  • Maintain meticulous employee records, upholding the strictest confidentiality of health records and personal information.

HR Administration

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee and staff information.
  • Oversee HR email inboxes, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the HR ticketing system (JIRA), ensuring all inbound and outbound requests are handled efficiently and meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated HR experience supporting an Australian business is essential.
  • Verbal and Written Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and time management

Nice to have

  • Some understanding of employment laws, healthcare compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical staffing environment.
