SUMMARY : POSITION INFO :

Employment Equity & HR Administrator

We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised HR Administrator to support our Employment Equity (EE) and general HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and helping the business remain compliant with legislation while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.

What you’ll do :

Maintain and update EE and employee records (hires, promotions, terminations, demographics).

Assist in preparing EE statutory reports (EEA2 & EEA4) for submission.

Schedule and coordinate EE Committee meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.

Keep EE and HR documentation organised and up to date.

Support EE and HR training, onboarding, and awareness initiatives.

Provide information for audits, BBBEE verification, and HR projects.

Assist with general HR administration.

Skills & Competencies :

Previous HR administration experience.

Knowledge of EE legislation (advantageous – training can be provided).

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.

Relevant HR / Business Administration qualification.

1–3 years’ experience in HR administration.
