We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources team within our international award-winning organization.

Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Job Duties :

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Maintain attention to detail and confidentiality
