Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and maintaining the HR and administration functions, including but not limited to:

  1. Compiling various weekly, month-end, and annual reports
  2. Preparation for audits and developing processes to close off findings
  3. Planning and conducting monthly and other events
  4. Encouraging and promoting employee engagement, morale, and motivation
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintaining headcount and absenteeism records
  • Maintaining accurate headcount within budget
  • Tracking and reducing absenteeism
Labour Contractual Employees
  • Arranging and maintaining requests for labour contractual employees
  • Maintaining timesheets, overtime requests, and documentation
