Our Client, a leader in the Sport Industry, has an exciting opportunity available for an HR Intern on a 24-month FTC.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in projects that have a real impact, from assessing organizational needs to improving processes or collaborating directly with key functions.
  2. Develop a deep understanding in areas like Employee engagement, Benefits & compensation, Recruitment & training.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Ability to assimilate and summarize information.
  3. Pay attention to detail & accuracy.
  4. Ability to interact and communicate effectively both orally and in written correspondence/reports.
  5. Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).
  6. Demonstrates personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results.
  7. Ability to research and use AI tools.
  8. Self-motivated and high level of initiative.
  9. Positive attitude with a passion for fast-paced environments.
