Job description

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Administration of recruitment
  • Mending switchboard and providing messages to relevant stakeholders or transferring calls as necessary
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting them accordingly
  • Filing and ensuring proper document management
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding procurement queries and issues
  • Timely follow-up with suppliers to resolve queries and issues
  • Minute taking and filing accordingly
  • Utilising provided sites for provisioning, securing, and reporting of tenders
  • Providing administrative support to staff
  • Maintaining a pleasant, professional, and tidy work environment
  • Payroll administration
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
  • Minimum National Diploma in Human Resources
