To provide specialist Human Resources advice and support that meets business requirements, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.
Self-Service and Organisation Management: Conduct checks on the correctness of the org structure on SAP monthly, coordinate with HRBP, and ensure organisational structures reflect business needs. Act as the MyHR Portal super user to guide, coach, and train users on HR portal initiatives, handle queries, support bulk data changes, and ensure HR processes are championed within the cluster. Maintain SAP org structure regularly, support employee data management, assist with payroll administration, manage exit processes, handle onboarding queries, monitor employment contracts, and support staff with IRP5 retrievals.
Governance & Managing HR Environment: Support managers with maternity leave applications, ensure documentation compliance, adhere to policies and standards, and support data integrity and reporting. Assist with tax reference proof, ensure accurate employee data, and resolve data issues, supporting the HR environment's governance and compliance.
