Job Title : HR / Admin Officer (Female) – Mining Sector

Location : Based in Fourways, with regular travel to Northern Cape & Limpopo

Employment Type : Full-Time

Start Date : ASAP

A well-established company in the mining industry is looking for a reliable and organized HR / Admin Lady to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, basic HR knowledge, and experience in the mining or industrial sector.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and HR support from the Fourways office and on-site in Northern Cape & Limpopo
  • Handle general office administration including filing, correspondence, and document control
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee records, onboarding, leave tracking, and timesheets and other
  • Input basic payroll data and liaise with the finance team
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements :

  • Female candidate preferred (due to team structure)
  • Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment is essential
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be based in or near Fourways
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to Northern Cape & Limpopo for on-site support
  • Honest, dependable, and able to work independently under pressure
