Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advantageous).
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain space, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and scaling sales teams across different markets and geographies.
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and financial regulations.

- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute the global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth across both retail and institutional markets.

- Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.

- Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with cryptocurrency industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats.
