The role involves designing a 6-month internship program and encompasses strategic input, project management, and compliance with SA labor laws. Qualifications

One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced and registered HPCSA Industrial Psychologist Talent Assessment Specialist to join the team on a 1-year contract, driving transformation!

Focus points : Hybrid opportunity

Involved with the design of an internship (IOP) programme, which the suitable candidate will be working on for the next 6 – months

Numbers / numerical skills set

Evidence based psychology – measure, quantify, data (integrate assessment data)

Seeking a very strategic person, a visionary

Someone that understands business thoroughly, ROI

Thomas, SAVILLE accredited or at least have exp. In personality and ability assessments

Experience and qualifications :

Matric

HPCSA registered

Masters' degree Industrial Psychology - preference

Honours' degree in Industrial Psychology or similar

Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent assessment and management

Great track record in design, implementation, evaluating assessment solutions

Familiar with AGILE methodologies

In depth knowledge of SA labour laws, ethical guidelines and regulations

Clear credit record

Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront
