Join Us as a Housing and Support Assistant!

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? YMCA St Paul's Group is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to provide housing management and support services to our residents, empowering them to build positive futures.

Your Role:
  1. Support residents with housing needs, monitor rent accounts, and minimize arrears through early intervention.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional services.
  3. Ensure residents' wellbeing through assessments, person-centered action plans, and safeguarding practices.
  4. Maximize housing occupancy, minimize voids, and assist residents in finding affordable move-on accommodation.
  5. Encourage resident engagement in education, training, and empowerment opportunities.
