Your Role:

1. Provide supervision to the housing and support team members.
2. Support the Housing and Support manager to deliver a whole-team approach to the provision of progression opportunities.
3. Manage a small caseload of residents with high-level risks or needs.
4. Work collaboratively with other departments, including facilities, property management, and community operations teams.
5. Assist the housing and support manager in delivering housing and support services in your area.
