You'd be an excellent fit for this role if you have:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices is a plus.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Room and Common Area Maintenance:
   • Assist housekeeping staff in ensuring all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
   • Execute daily tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and replenishing amenities to contribute to a pristine and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
2. Public Areas Maintenance:
   • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and lounges.
   • Perform regular checks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
3. Event Setup and Support:
   • Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces for conferences, meetings, and other gatherings.
   • Collaborate with the events team to ensure spaces are prepared according to guest specifications.
4. Guest Assistance:
   • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, such as towels, toiletries, or special room setups.
   • Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive guest experience.
   • Manage the disposal of waste and recyclables in an environmentally responsible manner.
   • Ensure trash receptacles are regularly emptied and maintained.
   • Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate inventory of linen stock.
   • Monitor and report on linen usage, anticipating restocking needs.
   • Coordinate with laundry services for sending and receiving linen, ensuring an adequate supply for daily operations.
   • Work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
