About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Housekeeping Supervisor to lead their dedicated housekeeping team at their beautiful property in Mossel Bay . This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory of supplies, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience in the picturesque Western Cape . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and condition.
• Manage the inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and place orders as needed.
