• Oversee all daily housekeeping operations.

• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet lodge standards.
• Develop and manage housekeeping schedules and rosters.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the lodge.
• Manage linen, laundry, and housekeeping inventories.
• Control housekeeping supplies and stock levels.
• Perform regular room and facility inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
