Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard possible.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
• Ensure the staff uniform is worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times.
• Display necessary Health & Safety signs and follow procedures for all chemicals and equipment before carrying out any work.
• Maintain designated areas to a very high standard using the methods described in the SOP.
• Clean all flat and vertical surfaces in your areas according to schedule and specifications.
• Report any damage or defects immediately to the Assistant Operations Manager.
• Keep all equipment in good working order and report faults to your Manager.
• Address all residents, visitors, and staff according to company standards at all times.
• Attend on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses regularly.
• Report all maintenance issues, including light bulbs and trip hazards, to your manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience working as a cleaner in a commercial environment is essential.
