Housekeeper

CK Africa Talent is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper on behalf of our client to maintain the cleanliness, order, and overall functionality of their bungalow located in Clifton. This role requires a multi-talented individual with exceptional housekeeping skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to prepare meals to suit dietary preferences.

Key Responsibilities :

Cleaning and Maintenance :

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and manage all laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, folding, and storing.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and ensure fixtures are functional.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling responsibly.

Cooking and Meal Preparation :

• Plan and prepare meals in line with dietary preferences and household schedules.
• Manage grocery shopping and maintain an organized inventory of kitchen supplies.
• Keep the kitchen clean and orderly, including washing dishes and cleaning appliances.

General Duties :

• Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or purchasing household items.
• Assist with special events or gatherings, including setup and cleanup.
• Report any maintenance issues or required repairs promptly.
