A leading 5-star hotel brand is seeking a Sales Coordinator for their Polokwane location. This full-time position involves coordinating bookings, liaising with clients, and supporting sales reporting within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hospitality, strong administrative skills, and the ability to engage professionally with corporate clientele.
Key Responsibilities : Coordinate group bookings, events, and corporate reservations Assist with daily sales reporting, proposals, and client follow-ups Liaise with clients via phone, email and in person with professionalism Manage diary bookings for the Sales Manager and GM Support reception and front office teams when required Maintain filing systems, contracts, and internal records Ideal Candidate Profile : 2 years in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong admin, computer, and communication skills Confident, professional, and able to engage with corporate clients Detail-oriented and able to multitask across departments Live-out, based in or near Polokwane Whats on Offer : Market-related salary Full-time, stable position within a 5-star hotel brand Exposure to both operational and sales environments Monday to Friday with occasional weekend / event support
