Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator to join their company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize company revenue.
- Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suitable clientele.
- Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Represent the company in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
- Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the company.
- Review the customer service quality of the company to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.
- Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Set annual sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.
- Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Conduct an assessment of sales performance and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 2 – 3 years experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- The ability to work independently.
- Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly meetings in Polokwane.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Attentive to customer needs and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of market trends and social media platforms.
