Job description

Hotel Receptionist position available in Centurion.

We are currently recruiting for Hotel Receptionists for a Hotel in Centurion.

Salary: R9 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Front Office, NQ Level 2 or other relevant qualifications an advantage
  • Experience in a similar position in a 3- or 4-star hotel operation
  • Opera/INFOR Systems knowledge and cashiering skills are key
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Presentable
  • Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Execution of all operations related to a guest staying in the hotel, i.e. check-in, check-out, etc.
  • Cashiering duties
  • Dealing with all guest related requests, complaints, etc.
  • Compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Selling/promoting all hotel facilities to in-house or prospective guests
  • Processing of all internal transactions accurately
  • To carry out other duties that Management may require from time to time
