Hotel Operations Manager

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Duty Manager, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel.

The responsibilities include managing the operational area to ensure customer satisfaction, handling guest queries and complaints (management on duty), effectively managing staff, creating and maintaining relationships with guests, and being responsible for the management of the entire establishment in the absence of the GM.

Salary: R30,000.00 Monthly
