Job Description:

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, manage budgets, and lead both guest services and departmental teams. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers, and apply your expertise in luxury hospitality to uphold the property's service and brand standards.

• Full operational leadership of luxury lodges or boutique hotels in remote or exclusive locations
• Developing and executing strategic plans to enhance guest experience, profitability, and sustainability
• Building, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing on-site team
• Ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Maintaining and elevating brand standards in service, presentation, and guest relations
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant hospitality, health & safety, and local regulations
• Overseeing guest satisfaction metrics and leading service excellence initiatives
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in property operations
• Representing the property at industry events and with high-net-worth guests and partners

Experience Required:

• Previous General Manager experience within a luxury lodge, resort, or boutique hotel
• Proven ability to operate in remote or high-end environments, with hands-on leadership
• Deep understanding of experiential hospitality and guest-centric service models
• International or regional exposure within the lodge or high-end hospitality sector
• Own reliable transport
• Able to manager a large team
