Job Description

A Boutique Hotel in Centurion is seeking a motivated Front Office Manager to lead and manage all front office operations. This role involves ensuring guests have an exceptional experience while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. Candidates should be computer literate and familiar with online travel agencies and their functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  2. Train, lead, and mentor the front office team to ensure exceptional service quality.
  3. Maintain and enforce brand standards in the reception area.
  4. Foster relationships with guests, staff, and local community partners to enhance the hotel's reputation.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

This role primarily operates during the day shift (8 am to 5 pm) from Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate expected to cover 4 evening or weekend shifts to support front-of-house operations. The salary ranges from R 20,000 to R 30,000 depending on experience. Quote reference nr RA125 when applying.

Salary: R25,000.00 Monthly
