Job description

- Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks and address any concerns or complaints

- Assist with training new bar staff and ensure that all team members adhere to company standards and policies

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and provide exceptional customer service to all guests

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment

- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting

- Strong knowledge of different types of drinks and cocktails

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications

- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
