Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Hotels and Food & Beverage Finance team.
  • Oversee daily revenue reconciliation for hotel and food & beverage operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Review and authorize the Daily Revenue and Food & Beverage Cost Reports.
  • Handle financial queries and discrepancies effectively.
  • Post month-end journals and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Support the Financial Controller with accounting-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Opera, Micros, and MS Excel (ACCPAC knowledge is an advantage).
  • Strong supervisory, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
