What will I be doing

We are seeking a Hospitality Professional to join our Housekeeping Team. You will be a specialist in Housekeeping and a generalist in entry-level front-of-house and back-of-house roles.

Our Housekeeping Team ensures 24-hour cleanliness and maintenance of hotel areas, including common areas, restaurants, eforea spa, storage, and linens. Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to high standards
  • Replenishing supplies in public and staff areas
  • Changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities
  • Managing guest requests promptly
  • Maintaining communication with team members
  • Performing deep cleaning tasks
  • Restocking storerooms and trolleys
  • Relocating linens using trolleys
  • Reporting missing or damaged items and ensuring replacements or repairs
  • Ensuring equipment is in working order
  • Disposing of waste responsibly
  • Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Following security, fire, health, and safety regulations
  • Handling lost property procedures
  • Assisting other departments as needed and fostering good relationships
