MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Matric
  • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (ESSENTIAL)
  • Minimum of 8 years senior management experience at a 5-star luxury property
  • Minimum 5 years senior management experience in a game reserve environment
  • Experience in guest service excellence, operational efficiency, financial & budget management

Manage and oversee lodge staff, HSE regulations, HR, training & development initiatives, IT & technology solutions.

  • Highly experienced with lodge/hotel-specific software (GAAP / OPERA etc.)
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages, with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Willing to accept a live-in position (excluding meals)
  • Own reliable vehicle

  • Develop budgets, control costs, and manage financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Oversee HR, training, and development initiatives in hospitality
  • Implement IT systems, technology solutions, and support services effectively
  • Support hospitality-related projects, including lodge refurbishments and special initiatives

Package & Remuneration

Executive management position with a top salary on offer. Live-in position based at an international game lodge for international guests. Candidates willing to relocate to Paterson, Eastern Cape, will be considered.
