Boutique Hospitality Group is seeking a Digital Creative & Social Media Specialist to lead graphic design, digital content, CRM and marketing across multiple hospitality brands. You will craft content that tells a story, engages guests and drives business, managing social channels, newsletters, and campaigns while staying on-brand.

You will leverage AI tools and emerging digital trends to enhance content, collaborate with teams, and travel between properties as required.

Formación

• Relevant qualification or proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related creative field.
• Strong graphic-design skills and knowledge of relevant design software.
• Demonstrable social-media experience, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative concepts and visual content across all properties and brands.
• Produce artwork for digital and print campaigns, promotions, advertisements, presentations, brochures and marketing collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency while ensuring content remains fresh, contemporary and engaging.
• Develop and implement engaging social-media content across relevant platforms; create compelling captions and digital copy.
• Monitor social-media performance and use insights to continually improve content.
• Keep up to date with AI, emerging technologies and digital marketing tools.
