The Business Exchange in Cape Town seeks a Hospitality Hostess to deliver a premium tenant experience. You will maintain a welcoming, impeccably clean and professional environment, supporting visitors and staff each day.

Responsibilities include high-standard cleaning of offices and common areas before and after business hours, stocking supplies, preparing rooms for meetings, and reporting any faults or safety risks to Centre Liaison. A friendly, detail-oriented attitude is essential.

Formación

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification is required.
• Proven background in cleaning and maintaining corporate office spaces.
• Experience receiving guests is required.
• Computer literacy and English proficiency are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Clean allocated offices, common areas, and boardrooms daily before tenants arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness of desks, kitchen, coffee stations, and related surfaces.
• Clean boardrooms immediately after meetings.
• Set up new offices and ensure move-in readiness.
• Serve coffee and tea for visitors and tenants.
• Report faults and safety issues to Centre Liaison.
• Relieve reception/switchboard when required.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as directed.
