To establish and manage a world-class Hospital.
This role is accountable for the implementation, management, and monitoring of Hospital Operations for the Group, ensuring quality patient care and management.
The incumbent manages a team of Specialists, and the scope of this role spans across the Hospital, interfacing with Head Office.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Healthcare) or similar.
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
- 4 - 6 years experience within a Hospital environment.
- 3 years people management experience.
Minimum work experience :
- Lead strategic direction setting and planning for the non-acute Hospital area in alignment with the vision and mission.
- Develop the non-acute Hospitals standards based on global and local best practices to achieve operational excellence and quality.
- Set goals and standards for the non-acute Hospital to support the business plans.
- Plan and utilize available skills and equipment for maximum effectiveness and productivity.
- Support and guide relevant workstreams (e.g., Nursing, Patient Experience) to achieve operational success.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage operational risks.
- Maintain quality patient care standards through qualified and registered professionals.
- Manage communication, service providers, projects (if applicable), budgets, resourcing, roll-out, and change management related to non-acute Hospital Operations.
- Implement operational activities aimed at delivering the best patient experience and outcomes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Streamline the non-acute Hospital and promote collaboration among various streams and healthcare professionals.
- Take a strategic view of the value chain to ensure optimal integration within the operating context.
- Support group initiatives to strengthen funder relations and work towards designated service provider status with funders.
- Collaborate with the COO, CMO, and CMO in recruiting clinicians and allied health professionals across disciplines.
- Support contractors to deliver effectively.
- Manage the Hospital's Marketing and Patient Experience Strategy.
- Lead and manage functional strategies within the portfolio.
