Horticulturist

Our client in the Agricultural Industry is seeking a driven and highly experienced Horticulturist to join their group in Mpumalanga (White River, Malelane, Barberton and Alkmaar areas).

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in:

• Botany, irrigation, pruning of tree crops.
• Excellent knowledge of plant cultivation / care.
• Strong attention to detail & problem solving.
• Strong research-minded approach a must.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
• On-site office but most in-field work on all farms.
• Responsible for advising on botany, irrigation, pruning, possible trails.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Master's degree in Horticulture will be an added advantage.
• 7-8 years of working experience as a Horticulturist.
