About the Role

Our client, a leading commercial producer of high-value horticultural crops, is seeking a skilled Horticulturalist to manage their state-of-the-art greenhouse operations near Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This role is instrumental in ensuring the optimal growth, health, and yield of a variety of greenhouse-grown produce. You will be responsible for all aspects of greenhouse management, including environmental control (temperature, humidity, CO2), irrigation, nutrient delivery, pest and disease management, and propagation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in horticulture or a related field, combined with practical, hands-on experience in controlled environment agriculture. This position requires dedication to maintaining high standards of production and quality within a dynamic operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of commercial greenhouses, ensuring optimal growing conditions are maintained.
