Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Horticultural Supervisor to lead our team across Centurion properties, balancing hands-on care with strategic planning. You will work with landscape architects and crews to enhance plant health, landscape design, and grounds management.

The role combines on‑site supervision with remote planning, reporting, and development opportunities in a beautiful, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in horticulture or related field.
• 3+ years in professional horticulture, with 1+ year in supervision.
• Knowledge of plant identification, soils, pests, and irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of the horticultural team, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Develop and implement seasonal horticultural plans and landscape maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and gardens to ensure high presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; oversee usage and maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in horticulture and safety.
