BetterBond is seeking a detail-oriented bond administrator to support home loan processing from application through to registration in Pretoria. The role emphasizes precise document handling, compliance, and collaboration with banks, attorneys and consultants.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in bond administration or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant bond administration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the administration of home loan applications, including bond registrations and cancellations.
• Preparing, verifying and capturing bond documents correctly and timeously.
• Ensuring all bond documents are accurately prepared, captured, submitted and maintained throughout the process.
• Liaising with consultants, banks, attorneys and other business partners to facilitate the successful progression of applications.
• Monitoring application progress and following up on outstanding information, approvals and documents.
• Coordinating with consultants, attorneys, banks and other stakeholders to ensure applications progress efficiently.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with legislative, regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems throughout the application lifecycle.
• Resolving queries and providing timely support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Preparing reports and tracking application progress to ensure service level commitments are met.
• Monitoring operational risks, escalating concerns where appropriate and contributing to continuous process improvements.
