The Home Delivery Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the seamless management and coordination of day-to-day operations for all Pedros Delivery services, and any projects and tasks related to these services.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and an in-depth understanding of the QSR franchising business model.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective operations while maintaining close relationships with strategic service providers and partners to optimize operational performance across the brand.
Responsibilities :
- Own Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end process of Pedros' Own Delivery service, including systems, technology, store operations, and SOPs, to improve customer experience, store efficiencies, and profitability.
- 3rd Party Delivery
- Coordinate with third-party delivery providers.
- Monitor and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Resolve issues related to third-party deliveries.
- Collaboration with Service Providers
- Maintain strong relationships with service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with them.
- Coordinate integration of their platforms with company systems.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare and distribute reports to manage delivery operations and improve standards, customer experience, and profitability.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Higher certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management within the QSR industry, managing deliveries, drivers, and systems.
- Experience in resolving issues with irate customers.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the QSR franchising business model.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative work style with internal teams and external providers.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of POS systems (Micros & Gaap) and third-party delivery systems (Yumbi, Mr D, Uber Eats, etc.) is advantageous.
- Own vehicle and ability to travel to various store locations.
- Willingness to work hours aligned with business operations, including weekends for emergencies and peak hours.
