We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Bushbuckridge Rural, De Aar, Giyani, Pretoria, Polokwane.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring growth targets for mobile betting are achieved.

Analyzing financial information to identify trends, manage costs, and increase profits within the team.

Ensure proactive reporting on these areas.

What you'll do for the brand:

  • Work with Area Managers to meet required targets.
  • Plan marketing campaigns, promotions, and events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing team.
  • Facilitate daily promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns.
  • Manage stock levels and usage, report on stock levels daily.
  • Measure the effectiveness of promotions using Promo Tracker.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to suggest improvements within the mobile department.
  • Recruit and interview candidates in coordination with HR and Area Managers.
  • Manage team performance, including setting targets, conducting reviews, and managing HR/IR functions.
  • Oversee team members' leave, absenteeism, and attendance.
  • Identify potential outlets for Top Up Vouchers.
  • Visit outlets as required.
  • Arrange ongoing training for sales agents on betting types, processes, and products.
  • Complete weekly Moodle, Betstrike, and Voice note training; conduct Trainer on Wheels sessions.
  • Ensure cash-ups are performed correctly and shortages are reported immediately.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, branding, and conduct weekly inspections.
  • Submit daily reports and perform any other related duties as required.
