Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Holistic Wellness Coach to guide clients at their serene Stellenbosch center. You will create personalized wellness plans integrating nutrition, fitness, sleep, and mindfulness to support sustainable lifestyle changes.

You will conduct assessments, provide ongoing coaching, and collaborate with health professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes for a vibrant wellness community.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized holistic health or wellness coaching program.
• Proven experience working as a Wellness Coach or in a related health field.
• In-depth knowledge of nutrition, fitness principles, and mindfulness practices.
• Excellent listening, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments to understand clients' health goals and challenges.
• Develop personalized holistic wellness plans, incorporating nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability to clients to ensure adherence to their plans.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behavioral change techniques.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide integrated care where necessary.
• Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
