Holistic Health Retail Assistant required in Lynnwood, Pretoria.

This role offers a unique blend of back-office administration and customer-facing responsibilities.

As the Retail Assistant, you’ll oversee online order fulfilment, stock control, and day-to-day administrative duties, while also engaging with customers and guiding them through a carefully curated range of natural health products.

You’ll be a trusted support figure when management is off-site, making your leadership, organisation, and reliability essential to the smooth running of the store.

Salary: R15 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail or store management role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• An authentic interest in holistic health and wellness
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented personality
• Comfortable working independently and leading when required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfil and dispatch online orders, including packaging and coordinating with couriers
• Manage incoming stock and place orders, particularly early in the week
• Assist customers in-store, offering knowledgeable guidance on health products (training provided)
• Maintain smooth daily operations, especially in the absence of management
• Contribute to the overall energy and community-focused culture of the store
