Job summary

James & Partners, a client of an international wealth management group in Cape Town, seeks an Outbound Appointment Specialist. The role focuses on proactive calls to prospective clients, with High-Net-Worth individuals, to open conversations and secure qualified appointments for Private Wealth Managers.

You'll operate in a basic-plus-commission environment, earning a competitive base salary plus commission on converted prospects.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is the minimum requirement.
• At least three years’ experience in outbound sales or telesales.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in a basic-plus-commission environment.
• Able to engage High-Net-Worth individuals confidently.
• Strong conversational and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify and generate new leads.
• Engage with High-Net-Worth individuals and build rapport.
• Secure qualified appointments for Private Wealth Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of conversations and follow-ups.
• Work toward defined call, appointment, and new business targets.
