Hilti Store Representative (Cape Town)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales, and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer a world-class retail and customer experience (CX) to our customers. We are looking for a team member in the following region:

Cape Town, Western Cape

As a Hilti Store Representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs, managing inventories, and developing a customer base through proactive contact and sales.

What you need is:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Sales, Marketing, Business, or industry related) – Is advantageous.
2. Min 2 years client-facing sales experience.
3. Superior verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
6. A high level of English communication skills.
7. An analytical, result-oriented, and proactive mindset with a team-oriented, self-driven attitude.
8. A proven track record as a top performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals.
9. A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment.
