Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated high-ticket closer who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the critical role talent plays in business growth. You’ll be responsible for closing new client accounts across marketing, operations, creative, and leadership roles. This is a fully remote, commission-only position with no set hours—ideal for someone who values autonomy and high earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Close inbound and self-sourced leads (no leads will be provided—you must proactively generate your own pipeline).
Participate in weekly internal team calls.
Own your sales pipeline—tracking outreach, calls, follow-ups, and deal flow.
Deeply understand client needs and position our talent solutions effectively.
Build and lead a team of closers under you and earn compensation from their deals.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven success closing high-ticket services ($5K–$50K+).
Experience selling into eCommerce, marketing, agency, or consulting spaces.
Strong understanding of recruiting or B2B service sales (preferred).
Highly independent, resourceful, and results-driven.
Confident in objection handling, qualification, and consultative sales.
Compensation Structure:
100% commission-based with a bracketed structure:

$0–$9,999 | 10% |
$10,000–$24,999 | 12% |
$25,000–$49,999 | 15% |
$50,000+ | 18% |
Team Override Opportunity:
If you build a team under you, you’ll earn a percentage override on all closed deals from team members you directly recruit, train, and manage.
