Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in an ISO 17025 food testing facility, with attention to detail and strong adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology, Microbiology or Biochemistry (National Diploma or BSc).
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, Data capturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and dispatch samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain precise records for tracking samples and ensuring traceability.
• Adhere to ISO 17025 quality requirements and laboratory protocols.
