Job summary

Aon South Africa is seeking a Private Client Services Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in line with MOS and company growth strategies. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work virtually and from the Sandton head office.

As the primary client contact, you will oversee renewals, advise on cover and terms, and drive client satisfaction and profitability. The role requires FAIS registration and relevant insurance qualifications.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• NQF-5 Insurance Qualification; RE-5.
• Registration as a FAIS representative with FSCA is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and grow relationships.
• Develop and lead day-to-day client relationships.
• Coordinate all activities related to the client portfolio.
• Build and update client profiles with risks and needs analysis.
• Prepare renewal documents, notifications, and renewal meetings.
• Provide accurate advice on cover, exclusions, underwriting requirements, and terms.
