What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute strategic plansto drive sales, profitability, and market share in the HFS, wholesale, and export channels.
  • Build and nurture relationshipswith sub-distributors, wholesalers, and export partners to ensure product availability, visibility, and quality.
  • Drive business developmentand margin growth across wholesale and export partners, identifying new market opportunities and managing existing ones.
  • Oversee logistics, compliance, and trading termsfor wholesale and export operations, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and local requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreementswith wholesale and export clients, optimising profitability while mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith procurement, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance, market trends, and competitor activityto inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Foster a high-performance cultureby leading, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales in either HFS, wholesale, or export.
  • Proven track record in business expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency within HFS, wholesale, or export channels.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with health, beauty, or OTC brands.
  • Exposure to both local and international retail environments.
