Key Responsibilities
- High Frequency Store (HFS) Channel Management
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans to optimize sales and profitability in the HFS channel.
- Manage product listings, inventory control, pricing strategies, and trading terms with convenience channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-distributors to ensure product availability and quality.
- Implement cost control measures and channel improvements to enhance profitability.
- Identify and develop new export markets while managing existing ones.
- Oversee logistics, shipping processes, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Negotiate export contracts to ensure profitability while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities for compliance on products classified as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or cosmetics.
- Business Strategy & Leadership
- Develop long-term growth strategies for both HFS and Export Channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, supply chain) to drive operational success.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or export management within Convenience or Export Channels.
Proven track record in business expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
