Role Overview: As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

This role involves managing the front desk, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks to keep the Kriel office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and route incoming calls professionally, directing them to relevant departments.
  2. Greet and assist customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  3. Manage the busy reception area, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  4. Take and relay accurate messages to appropriate team members.
  5. Organize meeting rooms and coordinate bookings as needed.
  6. Handle post and courier services, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
  7. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data entry.
