About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed condition assessments and historical research for heritage buildings.
• Develop conservation management plans and strategies for the preservation and adaptive reuse of historic structures.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports for conservation and restoration projects.
• Liaise with heritage bodies, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance with conservation guidelines.

Requirements

• Professional registration with SACAP.
