Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) or equivalent/BTech.
• Advantageous: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, SAP or Power BI.
• Prior internship experience not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in service contract analysis for tenders, renewals and new agreements.
• Manage customer communication and maintain contract databases.
• Data & Reporting: conduct customer base analysis using Power BI/SAP (training provided).
• Prepare reports to drive service revenue and market growth.
• Project Coordination: support ad-hoc marketing projects and office administration.
