Magnolia House Surgery is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join their supportive team. The role involves assisting in patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Magnolia House Surgery in Sunningdale, Berkshire is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. We provide a friendly, fun and supportive environment to work and are continually developing systems and ways of working to ensure we offer high quality patient care.
Magnolia House Surgery has an expanding team who all work well together and offer support. This includes nursing staff, paramedics, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care co-ordinators, Social prescribers and many more. We are a training practice with a range of specialist interests which we actively encourage and would welcome.
To support the practice nursing team in the delivery of nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the entitled patient population. The healthcare assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education.
Our practice team currently consists of 5 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, a team of HCAs and Nurses (including one nurse training to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner), as well as an expanding admin team supporting daily operations. We have an expanding list size, are a training practice, rated 'Good' by CQC, high QOF achievers, and have strong links with our local federation as part of a 4-practice PCN. We use Emis Web and Docman.
